Our six-step approach

At Pulsens, we work at every stage of the decision-making process.

1. Clarify

Listen, analyze, set the decision framework: data collection, SWOT, express diagnostic, stakeholder listening, placing the right people in decision spots, defining roles, criteria and decision spaces.

2. Decide

Choose and own priorities: use the defined framework, make choices between options, formalize clear decisions (90 days / 12 months).

3. Record

Ensure traceability and decision memory: register of decisions, minutes templates, meeting canvases, accountability protocols, levels of authority.

4. Mobilize
